All Middlesex RFU Clubs, Colleges & Universities are invited to refer suitably skilled/eligible players for County selection, to participate in the County Championship competition.
This is a challenging opportunity for players to progress their individual and team skills further whilst having a great experience on the national stage.

Your commitment
As a player, our coaching team is very aware that you already have club / college / university / work commitments. Therefore, our training sessions focus mainly on unit, team skills and playing structure with limited contact. A physio will be available at each training session. The aim in 2025 is for sessions to be held after the end of the league season to enable players to finish the league campaigns with their clubs.
