Middlesex Rugby Leadership Network Programme 2021-2022

Middlesex will be running the Rugby Leaders Network Programme through the 2021-2022 season and would welcome your nomination or application. Please contact Louise Latter, head of Rugby Development with Middlesex RFU.
There will be no cost to you as the participant but we do expect you to complete at least 70% attendance on the programme (otherwise a £100 charge may be payable).
The dates we have currently (venues still being worked on):
- Leadership Day – Sunday 27th November – face to face 10am – 4pm (Holiday Inn Bloomsbury)
- Training Day – Sunday 27th March 2022 – face to face all day 10am – 4pm (Holiday Inn Bloomsbury)
- Rugby Landscape session – date tbc (late Nov/early Dec) – face to face 2-3 hours
- Challenge and Support Groups with a mentor – can be virtual or face to face
- All candidates will have the option to attend the central workshops that the RFU will offer as part of the wider Rugby Network programme.
- Celebration Event – this will tie in with the 2022 Volunteer Awards Evening (probably June)
You will also be matched up with a mentor for the duration of the programme.
