The registration fee is £120 per team (£100+VAT)
There will be three competitions;
Male Open
Female Open
Male Social
There will be plenty of rugby for everyone. After the group stages, teams will compete for either the main
Cup, Plate or Bowl Trophy in the Men’s Open competition, the Vase, Shield and Jug Trophies in the Men’s
Social competition, or the Flynn Rose bowl for the Women’s Open competition.
We are still working on the prizes but aiming to include – Stash, Playing Shirts, Match Balls and bragging
rights to be the best 7’s team in the county.
Clubs can enter as many teams as they like into the competitions.
Team Entry Payments
Ahead of the Middlesex All Club Sevens running on Saturday please could you make your clubs payment to the County bank account for the event.
As previously shared this registration fee will be returned on the day in the form of cash vouchers for food or the bar.

Logistics for the day
Logistics
-Location- Grasshoppers RFC, Syon Ln, Osterley, Isleworth TW7 5PN.
-Please note there are scheduled rail strikes on Saturday 13 May at present. This is not expected to impact the Tube network but please check prior to departure for any issues on network/scheduled maintenance on lines travelling from.
-Parking will be available at Grasshoppers at £5 per car.
-Spectators/friends are free to come in on foot at no additional cost.
-Presentations will be made at the end of the day in/outside the main clubhouse.
-Showering facilities are available at Grasshoppers. The weather is due to be warm so feel free to bring gazebo’s etc.
-Teams are reminded they are bound to uphold the values and integrity of rugby and abide by the Best Practise guidelines of Middlesex RFU. These can be found on the following link- https://middlesexrugby.com/rugby-development/best-practice-guides/
-Only alcohol purchased at Grasshoppers may be consumed on site. Alcohol bought into the event is subject to confiscation.
Registration Details
-Registration will commence from 10:30am at the Control Point. As per tournament rules all clubs are expected to be registered at least 30 mins before the advertised start of the tournament (midday).
-There will be a meeting at 11:15am in the upstairs club house to go over rules, logistics and questions for the day. Please do ensure one rep from each side you are entering attends this meeting.
-Upon registration each team will receive the food and drink vouchers equivalent to the value of the entry fee.

-Each team is expected to bring their won physio/medical cover, though there will be additional support on hand centrally.
