iLite Middlesex Schools U13 Festival

The Middlesex Schools Under 13 Festival, sponsored by iLite, took place at St James Senior School for Boys on Monday 28th November, the first of a five day feast of schools rugby.
It was a great start to the week of Middlesex School Cup Finals and Festivals. A glorious sunny day saw 16 schools field teams in a four group round robin competition. In the morning the 16 teams each had 6 games in their groups and then in the afternoon, based on the morning’s results, they were regrouped into four leagues containing teams of similar ability. Each of the afternoon groups competed for a trophy – the Cup, Plate, Shield and Bowl, with first and second place teams also receiving medals.
The U13 Festival was sponsored by Phoenix Sporting Goods iLites, who are also supporting the Middlesex Schools Finals at Allianz Park from Tuesday 29th November to Thursday 1st December, and the Middlesex Schools U12 Festival at Staines RFC on Friday 2nd December.
