A team from Ruislip RFC is raising money for the RFU Injured Player Foundation by riding the 100 mile Prudential Ride London on 31st July 2016.

The lycra is out, the Vaseline is being applied in the saddle area and the training is well under way.

The team includes Ruislip president Adam Sharples  and commercial manager Clive Nicolaou, and they are raising money for this great charity , which supports seriously injured rugby union players and works to prevent serious injuries.  www.rfuipf.org.uk

Last year they completed the course in six hours. This year they aim to shave off 30 minutes from that time so they are putting in hundreds of miles in training in all weathers in order to achieve that target.

They are looking to raise at least £1,000 for the IPF and help the great work that they do.

You can sponsor them at the following link at:  http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/ruislip_riders
