There was a good turnout to honour the very hard work that the volunteers do. Sport at grass roots level would not be able to function without the dedication and input from volunteers. Unpaid, they dedicate their time – whether that be to admin, transport arrangements, kit, coaching in all weathers, safeguarding, imparting their experience and knowledge of the game, and so much more. Often they are mentors and seen as role models.
MCRFU are very lucky to have FANTASTIC volunteers!
