Middlesex County RFU – U20 Head Coach

Posted on 1 October 2024

Under 20’s Head Coach Vacancy –

Middlesex Rugby is the Constituent Body of the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and is looking to appoint
a Team Manager for the U20’s Jason Leonard Championship campaign for season 24/25.

The principle aim of this role will be in providing high quality support to the team of
university/community rugby-based players to enable them to perform at their optimum level whilst
enhancing the role of the U20s County programme as part of the suite of teams Middlesex Rugby
run. This team is also eligible to put players forward for the London and Southeast Division U20s
team so should be undertaken with its practises in mind when helping create the team environment
and ways of working.

This is a voluntary role but would suite an individual looking to either develop their existing
experience, learn more about the County representative environment, or form part of practical
experience of wider study/coach development. The successful applicant would join the leadership
group of the team and help drive the team over the season.

Anyone wishing to apply should submit a rugby CV, relevant to the post to:
countyoffice@middlesexrugby.com.
