Middlesex “On Field” Volunteer’s Development Questionaire

Dear Club Coaching, Referee & Volunteer Coordinators,
I hope that I find you well during this challenging time.
Although rugby has been suspended, it won’t be indefinitely and as an RFU Local Delivery Team (LDT), together with Middlesex CB, we want to make sure that we are ready to go once the suspension is lifted. Part of this is continuing with our planning for next season’s “On Field” Volunteers development.
Following our “On Field” Volunteer Development Forum held at Wasps on the 2nd March, a number of key issues were raised including communication and accessibility of courses, amongst others. To help us address what the game and you as our clubs actually needs and wants. To do this, please complete the attached questionnaire and return to hannahedwards@rfu.com by Monday 20th April 2020.
There are three different sheets on the attached questionnaire. The first is an instructions sheet, including some questions to consider when completing the other two. The 2nd sheet is in relation to England Rugby courses that are available to our clubs and educational establishments, whilst the third is aimed at understanding how best to use the varied range of knowledge and skill sets held by our local stakeholders, to further enhance the development suite.
